I do have to agree with the womans voice being a little flat.
It's a nostalgic piece, but I'm just not feeling the nostalgia from it.

Yeah, there is that factor in it, but if the trailer was trying to create a link between my emotions and the feeling of Pathos, then it wasn't really working.
But you're right, of course; It could be a machine speaking about it's memories as a human and the result is that it all sounds so dream like to it.
