I do not doubt that it is legit, but here is the kicker: It isn't the full game. The version of SOMA that Frictional sent out to these youtubers/streamers was a PREVIEW copy in which you can literally only access a little under a third of the actual game and a lot of mechanics are not fully implimented. I am pretty sure that the actual review copies only just went out and they were only sent to actual reviewers; IGN, GameSpot, ect.
Do not worry, I am sure this will be an AMAZING game!

Popular youtubers received the same version of the game as reviewers, ie the next to finished one, and were asked not to spoil a certain part. videos should pop up same time as reviews according to thomas

It is pretty clear if you read the posts (which I wouldn't recommend just because their sheer stupidity will hurt your brain) that many of these accounts are either dupes or they're clearly working together to trash the game. One of them admitted to being from the site who "hosted" the stream.
Also, the play time the guy did was just 6 hours. So I'm guessing he rushed through the game and probably didn't bother to really immerse himself into the game.
