I looked up a video of the proposed You Are Empty and it looked similar. It also looked like shit and the one video I saw didn't have a bat, but it had a wrench and the sound design was pretty creepy and it was in a hospital.

Hmm.. yeah.. I didn't asked him yet if it's a flash game, but I highly doubt it is a flash game.

It was most likely a flash game if you ask me, net cafes rarely have games installed on their computers, at least from the area I'm from.

Some of them have games installed, but usually only online games, like Counter-Strike, or World of Warcraft.

If they did have installed online game, then it might be Counter-Strike and some mod for it.
