it here, but how do you vote up a submission? I dont see a button for it anywhere, and I am registered.

above the numbers on the left are an up and down arrow. up is "vote up" and down is "vote down"

Updated first post with reddit for review. Gonna keep doing so as new reddit post come in as it is the better to up while post is fresh.

Is this true for digg too? (not very used to digg)

Yeah, Digg works the same as far as I know. Unless your post has hundreds of upvotes it will be gone from the first pages in 24 hours or less, so it's no use voting on days old posts.
