There are three. That sign does not have one . The third is in a location that has no sign.

What version of the game is this? I think something might be corrupted with the game files, so if it is Steam try and use the check cache integrity option in properties for the game. Or from another place, try to uninstall and re-install the game again (it will not delete the saved game files).

Or hmm, since the other two valves are there it might be a save bug. Use the Load Game in the main menu to load a save from before you entered the Cistern the first time, then run directly to this valve and see if it is there,

I was wrong. This is bugged in 1.01.

I have the same problem as VampLena. I verified integrirty of game cache but the third valve doesn't appear. Unfortunately I haven't save before I entered the Cistern in the Load Game menu. Oldest available autosave are when I am already entered in. Could you help me please. I'm using Steam.
