I would like to try for the Italian translation. Can you tell me which files are dialogues with Justine? Need some program to translate them and then process them and have them recognized by the game?

Well, that's always the case for me. If you have anyone you know in Italian gaming sites, after you complete your translation you can inform them, and by this the word of Amnesia will be mentioned again for those who didn't buy it yet.

I always try to advertise Amnesia whenever i can.
But I do not know where to find the files with the dialogues and scripts to translate and if by chance i need a special program to compile 'em into the game.

..\Steam\steamapps\common\amnesia the dark descent\config\lang_ptest
Open it with Notepad++ and set the encoding to UTF-8/Without BOM, voilà.

You can backup the original if you want. To test it, directly on original.

Finally done!
Googolplex and me have reworked the German translation of all texts and subtitles in Justine. You'll find the .rar attached to this post. Just unzip it to Amnesia - The Dark Descent/redist/config/lang_ptest/ and replace the german.lang file you already have there.

Googolplex und ich haben die deutsche Übersetzung aller Texte und Untertitel in Justine noch mal überarbeitet. Die fertige .rar ist hier angehängt. Einfach in Amnesia - The Dark Descent/redist/config/lang_ptest/ entpacken und die schon vorhandene german.lang-Datei überschreiben.
Viel Spaß damit!
