atioglxx.dll - this is the key. That means gpu problem. Are you sure you have the latest drivers available from amd? Since this a laptop gpu, install these from amd:
Windows Vista/7 x86:

Well I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers twice and now its working! I could have sworn I had done that right but I guess not. Thank you so much for your help.

well it was obvious that it was a gpu problem and so the drivers were the only solution. Have fun with Amnesia and make sure you have the latest patch installed which it, as of yesterday, v1.2.
