RE: Bug in v1.2 - Googolplex - 05-17-2011 Ah, OK. Nice to hear about the translation update. I just make a german translation for Penumbra Requiem (but I'll update it soon). And I can do this for Justine DLC too. For The Dark Descent I make a better german translation. I revised most of the texts to make the game even more exciting. For example: - Follow the red trail changed to: - There's a red trail on the ground. I don't know what it does mean, but I should follow it. Or for Penumbra Overture. There is a great puzzle to find out the numbers for the workshop keypanel in a note. The numbers are hidden in the text, but they were big (ONE, TWO, THREE...) and then you see it and it kills all the puzzle. So I changed it to one, two, three to hide it better and makes the puzzle more interesting. Because I hate it, if a fantastic puzzle would be killed with hints. So, I revised all translation files, fixed errors and add better hearing texts. If you give me some time, I can make it for Justine. But first time I have to play it, I'm still waiting if it is dark at my room (have no blinds). RE: Bug in v1.2 - bobbo - 05-17-2011 Alright, you'll do it then. ![]() edit: To hell with it, I got some spare time, I'll start now with a translation that sticks to the original. But feel free to use my work for an improved translation. Not sure, but I might be able to finish it till tonight. edit2: Done. RE: Bug in v1.2 - laser50 - 05-19-2011 So, on the translations.. Why DID they make a german laungage file for justine but they made it in english? Does that make sense? ![]() RE: Bug in v1.2 - Googolplex - 05-21-2011 This is only a workaround to fix a problem, Justine button only were showing, if language is set to english. |
