after i get the link i shouldnt do anything but try to play the game again lowest graphics?
when i downloaded it and opened it up it said their are no downkloads possible.plz go to drivers and downloads to select files it says

what? Can you show a picture? Try downloading it again. Probably it is corrupted.

what do you mean? For now, just try to run the game.
You can also try the driver below from Intel, which is a little-bit newer but it won't work as well. This update adds OpenGL 2.0 support to some models but not yours(version 2.0, not even 2.1). As Intel states:

It's a hardware insufficiency, so nothing can be done here...

Some people were having issues when playing my custom story (Abduction) that sound very very similar to this, and I am wondering if there is a hardware issue here as well.
Someone sent me the error they received, and this is what it said:

Is this the same problem? I would really like to get to the bottom of this, as it is currently preventing multiple people from playing my story. Sorry if this is not relevant, I can post elsewhere if necessary.

It is not the same probably. These people should have problems running the game either way, with or without Abduction. Most of them must be using Intel hardware, that's why. Please, refer me to the problems they encounter and maybe I can help.
Also, this log doesn't help. We need HLP.log found under Documents\Amnesia\Main folder
