Place it in both your custom_stories/Isle/entities/item/ folder and your default Amnesia entities/item/ folder. I don't know which holds higher priority, if someone could tell me which that'd be great, but I doubt redundancy hurts.
(If neither work, I'm changing the damn thing to a crowbar, serves me right tryna be inventive ¬_¬)

Good morning!
Here you go, guys; http://dl.dropbox.com/u/15864906/Stories/Isle/00_prison_deeps.map put it in the Isle/maps/ directory, of course.
This changes the whole deal to a normal crowbar encounter. I'm sorry for the game-breaking bug, it worked perfectly in my own testing.

whole story excellent, scary atmosphere and love level design, prison part was awesome
btw, in that room(near the falling to abyss) - monster stuck in doors and cant move

thats only simple bug that i experiencing..
music part was awesome too.

Woah, a nice little custom story! It had it's own, creepy atmosphere. Great release but too short!
