I couldn't find any specific info about your PC as it seems there are lots of versions of dv2700.

You have to give to Tan the exact model number and not the general name. He cannot help you otherwise.

i solved the situation. i dont know how, but after i downloaded the update, it worked perfectly(it may have lagged a little bit. but i was still able to play it.)
