Had no computer for a long while there, even now i don't, but im on long enough to get you you wanted games! PMing now!
Loving the higher quota, kinda hard to spam 300+ posts without getting easily noticed, investigation or not. And now, you actually have had to participate in the forums often in order to actually join in on this.
What if someone with low posts want to give away a game? can they ask to receive then? But what if they are just lieing about the games they have? =O maybe we should just completely keep it 300+ post locked.

At this time everyone giving something at OP has more than 250 posts meaning that's it's a good time for the new rule to be applied without confusion. If we also add registration date it will become too complicated in my opinion. I suggest 300 and no other requirements starting from now meaning that users with less than that will not be able to give and receive games mentioned here.
For users with a bigger amount of posts but < 300, the first time their post will be deleted. After that warnings will be given. Users with 1 request post (a.k.a Hit & Runners) will be perma-banned.
