Go to the download link. Download and unzip into your custom_stories folder. If you bought retail version, it'll be under redist. Not sure specifically the filepath to get there.
if you bought it through steam, you'll want
C>program files> steam> steamapps>common>Amnesia>custom_stories.
Unzip into there, then start up the game. Select Custom Story from the main menu, and you should be good to go.
Also note that you need Justine to play this properly.
