I dunno about you guys, but I want to see a Basile cosplay. No homo.
I have a sort-of frock coat that might do well for a Daniel cosplay, but I don't really have anything else that could really be considered "period" clothing.
I might have to work on it for next Halloween...er, the DANIEL costume, I mean.

Daniel's outfit isn't blatantly period-esque (if you compare it to what highlighted fashion was being worn by men around that time), so just finding articles of clothing that match the concept art is really all you need to do since his outfit is relatively simple. Speaking from experience, if you're looking for a green vest to match Daniel's you might just have to make it yourself (unless you want those cheesy vests they sell for proms, weddings and what not) or commission someone to make it for you. If you're not trying to be too on the dot with the concept art though I'm sure a nice looking vest would work just as well.
Since it's just for Halloween I'd recommend trying to find the majority, if not all, the outfit pieces at a thrift store or Salvation Army. You can get great clothes that match the image while at the same time saving money.
