Please stop bumping because now it looks like spam...
This is a driver issue. The 7 series AMD Radeon HD are new cards and so most probably the drivers have bugs. We cannot do anything about AMD driver bugs.

Blame AMD for that. Most probably other OpenGL games will have similar issues.
