Oh come on don't be a wuss. IMO 15 is certainly old enough to deal with Amnesia's content, it's just sounds and monsters (and torture devices sometimes, but really I doubt he's never seen any in his life).
Who seriously kept themselves from playing a game because there was a sticker on it. He just wants to have fun playing Amnesia, what's unhealthy about that. And since when is the amount of porn you've seen a legitimate way to tell someone is mature enough for a computergame.
Besides, if you're in Australia you're even legal to play Amnesia and GTA I think.

I've been playing games rated 18+ since I was around 6-7. Grand Theft Auto, Duke Nukem and all sorts
I would say anyone around the age of 11-12 is perfectly old enough to play Amnesia.
