Hmm... Red and then Grey. Mabey the next 'infected' person will be blue or yellow. I can't wait to meet teal.

Nevermind...I fixed it. I made it to where he doesn't talk he only grunts and stuff. Hes much more effective now.

AttackGrabThroat = "true"
AttackGrabThroatChance = "0.5"
AttackGrabThroatDist = "3.0"
AttackGrabThroatDamage = "5"

I changed it up a bit...and grey now grabs your throat.

Well, Red was only a nick. I'm quite sure he was grey too, that seems to be what the infection does.

I changed it up a bit...and grey now grabs your throat.
Grabs your throat? Like, how? Screenshots?
By the way in the full game there might be more diffrent versions of theese guys, so don't whine about them looking for too short time, talking and such. Others may not have the same coding as the very first one.

C:\Program Files\Paradox Interactive\Penumbra Black Plague Demo\redist\models\characters\character_infected\character_infected.ent

(Could be different for other computers)

Double click that file..and open with notepad this won't hurt anything.
Find the value that I've talked about above, and change it to true.


I tested it out...he does grab your throat but it's really bugged and ineffective. I see why now they took that out. He even grabs your throat through walls and stuff. Try it out though, it is a really cool find.

It was pretty cool, but that would be difficult to do using hpl :/ Hopefully hpl2 will have even better collision detection!

Yeah they had a great idea... I guess they imagined Grey picking you up and tossing you a distance causing damage. Poor Grey... he is really weak. I can walk around his attacks and completely avoid him.
