I think you have to right click the game through steam and select Check files for integrity or similar

I've done something in the properties of game, like "Check the integral cash of the game", and it's ok.
But it still don't work

Oh yes, it is the DPI settings. You must have it at 100%. Have you changed these?

DPI is dots per inch and to change this you must go to Control Panel--> Display. Then select Smaller - 100% = 96 DPI (Pixels/Dots Per Inch)
