It seems that the Inner Sanctum lags alot when standing in a specific spot. Went through the whole game with no problems up until this point.

If a steam file verification does not fix it then steam has some issues lately. That's all I can think at the moment. Well, you are in the end of the game if I remember the room name correctly so...
