ok its taking a while to download and also will this reset the whole game because if it does good, because all I wanted was to get the normal lantern back lol.

ohhh is there a way to delete the redist and get a whole new one with out any custom storys
because I messed up downloading the flashlight mod and now when I click the lantern to use it the game crashes and I just want to restart the whole thing

Go to C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86) and delete the folder Amnesia The Dark Descent. That should clean any downloaded custom stories. Then do as I said at my previous posts on how to reinstall the game.

Can I just butt in and ask if one of you are unsure as to how to provide the proper support, you DON'T HAVE TO provide it. Let someone who will KNOW how to handle a situation come in and handle it...
And stop with the damn pirate accusations. I'm getting sick of seeing it. The guy said he bought it, DONE, don't bring it up again. I know I'd be disheartened if I bought the thing, had a problem, and was labelled a pirate. Think about that for a minute.
