Yes, you have 3 minutes each turn.
Online turn-based combat will all must need some sort of timer to prevent any of the players from wasting the other's time.

What is there to be confused about? I do my turn. Then its you. Then I do my turn again. then its your partner. Then repeat.

Even easier way of saying it: The one guy gets two turns, and switches opponents each of those. The two people share a field.

No one team up with Robo, he used black hole on my team of 7000 att monsters a few days ago because I thought it was stupid he'd sacrifice them for an Egyptian god.
