I think it most likely will come out in the week when frictional says the content of the game is 'locked down' or something.

Well I imagine it wouldn't be put up on a weekend since Valve likely has to activate it and I wouldn't imagine they'd be doing such work on the weekend. Not that Valve employees don't work weekends but I wouldn't believe that this sort of duties would be high priority enough to justify that.
