Cube 2: Hypercube was also pretty interesting but inferior to the first one for sure. Since this topic seems to be more about good horror recommendations rather than creepy old castle horror movies (of which there are few) I'll list some genuinely scary ones: (Unseen alien "entities" causing events to unfold in mysterious ways- Blueberry's is almost overwhelming.) HELLRAISER: THE INFERNO IS BEASTLY. Thank you so much for reminding me. Salad fingers will soil your pants for you, especially while in lesser state's of mind. Case in point: Silent Hill. Very good movie (for the first half of it) but it is almost exactly like playing the first Silent Hill videogame and I would rather do that than watch a movie about it. Personally I am most interested in Daniel's past and his former occupation as an archaeologist (presumably?). The excavation in Algeria that we've only read about would make a great film I think.(10-15-2010, 08:46 PM)superluser Wrote:(10-15-2010, 06:18 PM)Lenny Wrote: I don't think the setting in the game would make a good movie. Like someone else in this thread said, the ideal ending point would be the "titular quaff" (lmao, I can just imagine how it would be in an Amnesia isometric RPG; "<quaffs a potion>. Daniel has gained Amnesia. ![]() RE: Amnesia The Dark Descent Movie? - Hunter of Shadows - 05-24-2012 My thoughts on it are this 1. If I had confidence that the movie would be well done by an intelligent director, good scripting and all that, with good actors, then I would BE ALL FOR IT 2. If not the above...then absolutely not, I'd rather see Amnesia never make it to the silver screen rather then be screwed hideously bad RE: Amnesia The Dark Descent Movie? - Traggey - 05-24-2012 ''I'd rather see Amnesia never make it to the silver screen rather then be screwed hideously bad'' You must be new around here.
