The grunts and tuurngait zombies have had their secondary sexual characteristics shorn off (that's his intestine looping around, right?) and some seem to be more ok with that then the notion of unclothed members.

Well here go some tips:

-Environments as dark as you can with no lantern.

And be creative. If you put all that in a game, you'll get people scared(most won't play your mod but ---)

Interesting but I don't agree with having as "dark as you can" environments. Especially with the sanity mechanic in the game.. it would be more annoying than scary.

With timings for the monster spawning. It's on the right track but you need to consider the current state of the player. The same monster can be terrifying/a joke/ just plain irritating if the players mind is in a certain state.

It needs to be a careful balance of what the player is expecting to happen.. and what the player doesn't expect to happen.
