You have Windows 7 x64, right? Why is this not working?
Can you pm me your service tag so that I can find you the latest drivers because for some reason dell doesn't have your laptop at the drivers section.

Because the CCC being updated will not affect Amnesia itself for some reason, and I have updated it to the latest one but no luck. I will send you my service tag seperately in a message

Aha, you laptop is officially called Inspiron N5110, that's why I couldn't find support for it. I was searching for 15R. OK, update your computer with both of these:
--> For your dedicated AMD Radeon HD 6470M:
http://ftp.ftp.us.dell.com/video/R301900.exe
--> For your embedded Intel HD GPU:
http://ftp.us.dell.com/video/R301698.exe
Make sure the game detects the AMD card and not the Intel one. This is important. You can check that at HPL.log found under Documents/Amnesia/Main. If the game still detects the Intel card as the main one inform me and we'll find a solution.
EDIT: Is there any chance you are using Comodo Firewall? If yes try turning it off. Might work with other firewalls as well.

Of course, don't worry about it. Download and install the files and then do the other thing I told you with the antivirus,firewall etc...

I'm sorry, but it didn't work, it was the same thing, and I am not using Comodo Firewall. Weird thing is that in the HPL file, it didn't show any details on the graphics module, as if it wasn't using any graphics whatsoever...

Attach your hpl.log here. It can be found under Documents/Amnesia/Main folder.
