EDIT: Turned off Post effects and everything seems to be working fine now. Now that I'm playing I kind of wish I hadn't got it working. This is the scariest shit I've ever played.

The game doesn't look to bad, but I guess it would look a lot better if I have the right graphics card that was supported.
