i enter a room with 4 slendermans; 1 on each corner. i pick up the batteries infront of one of them, and they move. fair enough, but after the sequence the character hides behind some barrels, and i cannot move; at all.

any clue on how to fix this?



cant wait for chapter 2 of this! the mapping, story, atmosphere; its brilliant. ^^

Interesting. This has never happened before :S If it keeps happening, I will try looking for a fix

found the issue. its a scripting error.

you have to have the door open before you pick up the batteries. it pushes you out, into a scriptarea, which triggers a "setswingdoor" function (i lack the name off the top of my head) to continue the script, which enables player movement. you should get it fixed. its all good now, though.

I had the same problem as darkadders. I will not close the door next time

So far, I'm really enjoying it. The atmosphere and scares are actually nice.

and here is a funny thing that happened to me in your CS:

In that part where you have to seal the door to barricade the entrance to the grunt, I started running like crazy and were ,like, 20 minutes crouching in the dark, trying to attract him by throwing things away and making sounds while looking for the item to break those planks.

He eventually found me and I ran like crazy to where the grunt spawned (the door before that corridor that you have to seal) and when I returned I actually found the lever right next to the door that would move the bookshelf.

I was so pissed when I found that. I literally went «FFFFFFUUUUUU!!!!»
