Not to burst anyone's bubble, but ModDB's ranking system is pretty much meaningless. It's based on views and if something is updated (say, adding an image), it will be pushed up, people will look at what was updated, and the rank will go up. two days later, people stop checking, and the rank goes back down. I wouldn't use the ModDB ranking system as a baseline. Just stick to what you're doing, and don't get your hopes up =P
