You can only join by using the connect code to the Dev Console. However, most people can't seem to insert the password. So, write this to the Dev Console.

In JAP's case:
connect 139.228.145.102:27015

and it will join directly

I've done that, but it says that the connection failed after 4 retries. I'll try joining with the password today.
