Not diagnosed, but I've had that happen a couple of times when I'm really tired. I would nod off while at work / on the train and then I would hear a BOOM and I'm awake.

I get it sometimes as well when I wake up in the morning. By sometimes I mean once in like 1-3 years. Crazy when it happens though, must be annoying to get it so frequent. :/
