So has anyone actually found out what the "o" file in keypotioningredi.rar is? I cant find anyone who has and its bugging the crap out of me!

It is part of the .zip file. Password is collaboration when you compinate all of those splitted files.
"Origin of the photos
Using the Aperture Science Login Screens in all 13 games, a passworded zip file could be downloaded which contained several .TGA files as well as a file with one single letter as its name, which turned out to be a fragment of a larger zip file. Combining all single-letter files gave a text string that read "CONNECTDADOTS". The combined zip file - which was passworded as well - contained several more .TGA files.
The .TGA files contained concept Portal 2 box art, Portal 2 concept art and five whiteboard photos. A list of these .TGA files can be found here. The .TGA files were all named "number.tga", where in the end all numbers from 1 to 83 were found. "
