Maybe talk through a door like other customs I suppose...

I studied nightmares for a few years. and realized that most people will have nightmares of places they know, mixed in with things they see in real life. for instance the simpsons randomly at macDonalds. {that was mine last night} So, luigi's nightmare takes place in his old mansion. XDD
