The following types of threads are definitely NOT allowed, because you will be labeled as a troll and/or noob and/or not a frictionalgames fan, which is illegal here - everyone must absolutely worship Amnesia/Penumbra and the ground the devs walk on:
- Constructive criticism
- Threads saying you're a brave guy who didn't find the game too scary
- Any type of complaint
Because any of the above would mean you don't absolutely 100% worship the game/devs, so all the zealots here would gang up on you and show how internet savvy they are by posting random memes or encrypted insults.
There may be such an attitude(?) in general. The negative attitude towards the original poster in this thread was due to the fact that he complained about a subtitle error which was fixed two years ago. This implied that he had downloaded the game illegally and then came here to complain about it, which is sort of lame behaviour in my opinion.

It seems like Windbrand is just one of those people, I guess.

Let me explain-



After activating and falling down the elevator, there is a flashback moment where Alexander explains to Daniel that the next area is the dungeon.

The subtitles read as follows:



"Perhaps I forgot to mention. One of my duties as a Baron is that of a warden. This is were prisoners are locked up."



Did you see it? DID YOU SEE IT?



Let me make it clearer:



"This is WERE prisoners are locked up." Exclamation



Really Frictional? How could you miss this. Fire the dude who wrote the subtitles. Who knows.

When "A Machine For Pigs" comes out, a hint could say:



"Be careful! There is a Pug coming to thrill you!" Huh



Check it yourself, but it's there.

Please Frictional, fire the subtitle guy. Fix this...It bothers me.
BTW

The Hint should say:
A Pig is coming to kill you
Seriusly?

[First thought] Wtf am i reading? [/First thought]

Because he wasn't sugarcoating anything, whatever were his thoughts (negative or positive) he wasn't afraid to share them. (which then lead to 5 pages of debate/arguing)

Same here. I found him unnecessarily harsh, and judgmental several times, but overall I liked his input/criticism on certain things, even if it was just as a good read without me agreeing on his point sometimes.
