Clothing is in the brown shelf. I'm not sure if i should put rotten food or clothes on the ground, since i'm planning to do a tidy apartment But maybe i will find some details i can add. Community Screenshots & Videos - i3670 - 10-08-2015 I like the design with the big windows showing off the ocean. But I'd work more on the lighting because as of now it's just white light on whitish surfaces. RE: [2015] What Are You Working On? It really doesn't mesh well with the green light on the machine. Thanks for the feedback! Lighting is definitely tricky to master I'm slowly getting the hang of it though, I hadn't actually used any of the hpl editors until SOMA came out and I'm finding it really interesting learning all about it RE: [2015] What Are You Working On? RE: [2015] What Are You Working On? Community Screenshots & Videos - Diago21 - 10-14-2015 Yet another new map I'm working on after taking the lighting feedback into consideration. This one took heavy ques from the Theta Medbay. It's still imperfect though! Something is missing.. RE: [2015] What Are You Working On? Community Screenshots & Videos - luparb - 10-14-2015 H there. There's some really amazing work going on in these forums, I am inspired to continue persevering to see what the soma modding community will create! People are using the tools to great effect, and I wanted to learn how to create custom entities - such as an animated character! http://imgur.com/YJP8u6h I used blender with the default collada exporter - there is also a plugin called 'better collada exporter' I made it 1 texture per material per object Blender will produce a .dae which you can open with model viewer. If you get no textures in the model viewer, you can open the material editor and create a MAT file by importing your image You can then import it into model editor - which i am still learning to use I think I triangulated faces 1 too many times |
