None of it worked for me. I feel sad since there have been no good survival horror games since silent hill 4. Plus games like Penumbra are rare.

uninstalling and re installing my graphics card seems to have worked?

I was having the exact same problem and I have a 5830, but with the HaloFix all is well!!! Thanks so much for fix!
