I know nothing about modding ammnesia or how to get animation into it. About the eyes, yes it's possible to get the eyes to glow. But I'm not sure how good it will look...give me a sec.

If you could... i have some concepts for a new monster (whitch i am traying to make in 3D myself but it is realy hard for me) for My Amnesia mod... if you are interested i could give some concept drawing

Here is the cat with glowing eyes, I don't know if the color is correct it might maybe look scarier with a white glow. Anyway when should I send you this model and in what format? Also you need a normal map right? You need the textures in dds format?

EDIT: I'm going to sculpt this model and make a normal map for it, then it will look more impressive.
