All he has is his phone. I was originally going to use this to replace the journal as well, but I may not even use the inventory at all in Nearsight. It was fun but ultimately took away from the immersion. It would have players constantly checking their inventory to check to see how much Farsight they have regenerated and was a bit of a pain in the ass. This makes for a darker atmosphere as well as making it more believable.
