I watched the last part some times, I think it's that woman lying there but she is not dead. And she is trying to say something that I cannot really separate/understand at the moment.

Ok there is another philosophical hint on the page.
On the right side there is a picture with scrambled text occasionally flashing.
Took a look into the loaded images and found it :

Your can clearly make out some words.
Its another Quote:

Combined with the "Cogito ergo sum" from the previous page i suspect that the game is all about the question: "what is reality".

This is exactly the point, I think. SCP has an amazing concept bu lacked its proper development (in the games). I think FG plan to flesh it out and ti could turn really good.

Wow the ending of the video got me goose bumps. Notice that she's not really dying at the end but seems unconcious for a few seconds.
