Then it will automatically put the sounds, models etc. in the right folder, and you will have everything.

hey when i download this game i need to put it in an archiver to make it be able to play on macs and it worked for all my other custom stories and i put it into the custom story folder and i go to find it in the game lobby an fit does not show up does anyone else have this problem

Unpack the .rar data (with Winrar maybe) and you've got an "redist" folder.
Put this "redist" folder into your Amnesia "redist" folder and overwrite this.
Don't Panic nothing from your Data would be delete.
