RE: [2015] What Are You Working On? Community Screenshots & Videos - i3670 - 12-28-2015 It's the first area you're in so, basic is what I'm going for ^^ They are aligned to the world coordinates but they are two separate kinds of floor. The floor beneath the platform is static objects and the rest are planes (They are aligned now) hence the need for alignment. RE: [2015] What Are You Working On? Some pretty perfectly done screenshots if you ask me. The only thing I could see being done to improve this would be adding environment particles for the waterdust( as in the ones under level settings). Some further detailing on the rock walls, pipes and walkway might not be impossible, but considering how dark the scene is, it really is not needed. Especially not considering this is for a mod. But if you want to go Frictional Games level of perfection I think you could definitely fit some more underwater growth, rocks and general detailing in there. If you don't know what I mean I recommend just looking up the main games underwater maps. But again, it really is not needed. RE: [2015] What Are You Working On? Community Screenshots & Videos - Romulator - 01-31-2016 Thanks for that! I can't really use the particles since you really can only see this from a window in the mod, and at the same time, is not an underwater map (not designed that way). I started working on it and then was like "You know, I could really make this look pretty awesome" and just spent ages doing stuff. I'll add some more, but I'll be keeping those particular ideas in mind. Cheers RE: [2015] What Are You Working On? Community Screenshots & Videos - MatiCekuriel - 02-18-2016 I'm back in modding, so here's a screenshot of my new mod (Open the image for a better resolution ) RE: [2015] What Are You Working On? Community Screenshots & Videos - i3670 - 03-07-2016 Third time trying to create this map. This is the entrance into the main facility which is beyond the yellow-orange lit door. But I think you should replace the white lightning with some more interesting colors. Also it may look somehow empty in the center of the map. RE: [2015] What Are You Working On? Community Screenshots & Videos - i3670 - 03-07-2016 It is the beginning of a mod. I have a basic story in mind and this is the very first map. I'll test different colours for the white lighting.
