This guy is definitely able to do 'tint of crazy'. His FG username is xPICKLEMONSTER.
He's one of the voice actors for my CS, so I can vouch for him :D

What kind of female voice are you looking for, and what type of character would it be?

I have no previous experience in voice acting, but I think I can pull off narration and dialogue with normal speaking voice (nothing crazy or extravagant Tongue).

I have all the characters in my mind, but I haven't written 'em all, a big mistake! The dialogues for this character have been done Smile

Are you still looking for a female voice for this character?
I've been procrastinating with recording a sample (as I do with everything else in my life), but if you haven't selected a lady for the role yet, I might give it a shot tomorrow and I would send you a PM with a link for the voice sample...
