Please some one help D:!!!! wen ever i load a new image(targa whit alpha chanel) this weird thing shows up D:

i have no idea why! the same thing is happaning whit my friend here and i have no idea why :C please some one help!

Its dimensions should be 512x512 or 2's exponents. Are you sure it is correctly sized?

Btw, nice desktop. :o Are DS emulators leg- Anyway, that texture doesn't look square. Needs to be even dimensions and exponents of two, as Tanshaydar said.
