In Depth Video Interview With Thomas - design3 - 10-05-2011

Hi,
I'm the video intern at design3.com, please let me know if this isn't appropriate for these forums, but here's a video interview with Thomas Grip that is pretty cool.

I'm personally a big fan of Penumbra/Amnesia and thought the theories and techniques Thomas discusses are really interesting. Here's a link to it:

Hope you guys like it, again, let me know if this isn't cool to post,

Thomas could have so filled in as Clarence in Black Plague.

Just saying.

Can't stop hearing George Carlin in Clarence sometimes when I play Black Plague, haha.

I like how Thomas sound EXTREMELY throaty when he speaks, it also sounds like he's trying to hard. Just me though. Tongue

I liked the look in his eyes. And the thing he said, "Dissatisfaction". I think developers with the urge to create qualified content must have this.

I opened up the complete version of the interview (it's got a few more questions, probably 6 minutes longer) for you guys since you liked the Youtube version. Our site is membership based, but I opened the permissions so you don't even need a free account. Feel free, of course, to check out the rest of the site if you're into making games yourself.

I enjoyed the first video of the interview so I'm ecstatic to see there's an extended edition, so to say! Thanks for uploading these!

Smile I personally was really affected by a lot of the points he made, his techniques hold true throughout many different forms of art; definitely my favorite interview so far.
