I have bought the penumbra collection including amnesia, through frictional games, and i just recently got a awesome new computer, and i want to put my games on that, i don't have the serial key or anything, but i have the email that was used to buy the games, is there anything i can do? i also might have the shipping number.

Go to https://shelf.frictionalgames.com/ and click on "Esellerate After Purchase Services" and on the next page under "Finding your order number" provide your e-mail address. That should send you an e-mail with the desired information for the game.
