I like the red color better, I have to put in an effort to see the green arrows for new posts 'cause they are now harder to see. When the background was red they stood out and was much easier to see. Might just be me though.

The Users should have the opportunity to set their own design of the forum in the UserCP.

Also, whatever happened to the cool user ranks like "acid," "broom," and "big worm thing?" (I may just be imagining that one.) Why not make new ones like "pickaxe," "baron," and "duckface?"
