I have searched and looked at the wiki. How would I add a bone into the model editor so I can attach it to a billboard?

O.o Lol I can't imagine what you're doing... but you can't add bones in the model editor. Bones can only be made in a 3D program like Maya or Blender. You can MAYBE import the billboard into it... but a billboard is an image. May I ask what you intend to do?
