The Story:
The Hands Resist Him is a old-fashioned mystery psychological horror story. You play the role of horror novel writer Henry Miller. Dark days have descended upon Henry Miller. His wife Julia passed away quite recently - a few months ago to be precise. They had lived in the manor for a few years. Henry falls into deep depression and seeks out the truth of Julia's death. What he will uncover will be the dark past of the manor, but as he pokes around, he soon finds himself on a bigger quest than he could have ever imagined. Uncover the story soon.
Feature's of the mod:
- 1.31 GB size of the CS, Over 1 hour of voice work, 65 areas to explore, A rich story. Need I say more? XD
- A huge verity of levels to explore that all tie in to the elaborate plot of the story. There are 65 total areas to explore and more that are secrets.
- Strong character development of the story. They all tie in together in the story in some ways. You will feel a since of believably in theme with out relay seeing them.
- Modern and Old architecture are present in the mod, while some might say that is a bad idea, you will see that they place a good role in style of the story. Hopefully.
- A rich atmosphere that will keep you engaged till the vary end!
- There will be only one ending to the mod, but it will be a vary strong and rich finish.
- Multiple path's to take. There will be choices that Henry must face, this could lead him to a different path of where to go and what outcome might be of the characters.
- Easter eggs and secrets await you! You might not see them on your first play-though but they are there for you to uncover.

Ps. If you need voice actors, for example to enemy or satan, etc... I would do some death metal growling/grunting to you.

GRAMMAR NAZI ALERT:
I don't mean to be a douche, but the trailer says "vary" when it should say "very", and the annotation also misspells "something". :l
...Then I watched the rest of the video. The trailer is very well done and I will be anxiously waiting to play this mod when it's finalized and released. Once again, very good work on the trailer. Those spelling errors in the beginning truly mean nothing in contrast to the remainder of the video.
I hope to be able to play this soon.

The screen shots on the ModDB page look great. I rarely find a "modern" themed mod that uses new textures/building sets with the original and manage to make them blend and work well together; it usually looks like modders transport the player from an 18th century mansion to a modern day hospital, it's very strange. There are also a lot of very unique uses of the original building sets I see in there.
