i keep getting this error when trying to go down the ladder in the mod called Unsterblich
"Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module
"Amnesia.exe at 0023:004FE224"
what the hell does it mean

this is not a fault of the game but rather the mod's. Go to the mod thread and ask the creator. Most probably something is wrong with it.
