Possibly, yeah.
Yet, if Red escaped the "Shelter" as a 14 year old... Not likely :/
I'm sure we're gonna find out more about Howard in Ep. 2, and probably find out he did it all in that non-cliché way in Ep. 3 :p

I have it (being sarcastic), Red, at age 14, got a girl pregnant, and being he didn't want to face commitment/responsibility, he decided to hide in some cave.

Being serious, weather Red is his father or not. Forget that part. This is what I'm curious about, what would a"14 year old" be doing in a cave to begin with?

ah, I get it. there's a pattern. the more intellectual questions or possibilities that I talk about, the more people make fun of, and the less they take seriously. lol. now I get it

Didn't you just explain it pretty well? If I (14) whould get a girl pregnant I'd hide in any hellhole to get away from it.
Most likely he is some freaky research boy born down there or whatever.

it doesn't matter.

Philip is searching answers... ...and he will get them...

I think that we'll find answers to all things that happened this far.

correct me if Im wrong but when our parents young it was usual for 14 years old to work for money...so thats probably what he was doing there, just workin'

RE: Red and Philips father; connection? - Linux.Blue - 07-19-2007

who is possibly right? This may have been mentioned, but Philip did NOT talk to Red at all. How does Red even know that Philip is searching for any clues AND how does he know it's Philip in the first place?

Ain't it illegal to under age people to work in mines?
Or am I wrong?
