A new indie horror-game again! - Googolplex - 12-07-2011
Take a pinch of Amnesia: The Dark Descent, a plumber as a hero, and a large building. Result: The project Tower 22nd The indie game comes from hobbyist developers, attracted much attention, but is still far away from a release. We've looked at the month-old video times closer.
The team is small and incomplete, the play is produced in the spare time hobby developers, the engine is brand self-made, therefore, not particularly spectacular. Nevertheless, large waves struck the first presentation, came across a lot of feedback, especially on a lot of enthusiasm. The game is reminiscent of amnesia, that is an adventure game from a first person perspective.
Tower 22 is also located far away from the typical stereotypes. No hospitals and no military mysterious, just a man in a large building.

this looks reeeeeally good. it reminds me a LOT of penumbra, and from watching the video it looks like they're implementing a gameplay element which i've always wanted FG to do which is having the player get tired and slow down when they run for a long time. very excited for this!

It seems that only one man is developing this game.
It really scares me in the video, some gameplay elements are more scary as in Amnesia.
I like the changing effects (bedcover) and the scary faces on the walls.
FG should make a game like this one with penumbra atmosphere but even more creepy, more changing effects and puzzles, more shock elements at all.
I follow this project and I would buy it surely!
FG may take a glance and get some inspirations. This is the most scary atmosphere. I liked Penumbra and this one. Dirty industrial buildings and dark corridors are more scary than a castle.
And when I see all the pictures, the environments are very different. Looks like a big industrial building with many locations.
I'm happy to found a new good looking game.

I loved the blanket.
Reminds me of Paranormal Activity 3
I found some of the noise quite irratating at times... I know it's just a demo at the moment but it could be a lot smoother. The rest of the noises and sounds were really creepy and made the it very atmospheric. The use of darkness and flickering lights are put to great effect.
I got confused when you had to sprint from the hook monster as it was like you were sprinting backwards? Other than that it looked like a brilliant Indie game which FG would be impressed with I believe.
